We deliver all orders using Australia Post. All orders are traceable. 

Australian Deliveries                         

• FREE SHIPPING for all orders from AUD 200 excl. bulky items
• AUD 14 standard shipping for all orders under AUD 200, AUD 19 for WA/TAS/NT
• AUD 19 standard shipping for all bulky items up to 4kg. Charged per item
• AUD 38 standard shipping for all bulky items over 4kg. Charged per item

Australian standard deliveries should take between 2 - 6 business days.

New Zealand Deliveries                       

• FREE shipping for all orders from NZD 220 excl. bulky items
• NZD 35 standard shipping for New Zealand orders under NZD 220
• NZD 40 standard shipping for all bulky items up to 4kg. Charged per item
• NZD 80 standard shipping for all bulky items over 4kg. Charged per item

New Zealand standard deliveries should take between 4 - 8 business days. 

United States & Canada Deliveries

• USD 20 standard shipping for orders under USD 130
• USD 24 standard shipping for all bulky items up to 4kg. Charged per item
• USD 48 standard shipping for all bulky items over 4kg. Charged per item

US & Canada standard deliveries should take between 6 - 10 business days. 

Please note: A tariff of 10% plus processing fees may be applied on US orders. US customers may need to pay the above at checkout when stated.

United Kingdom Deliveries 

• FREE shipping for all orders from GBP 100 excl. bulky items
• GBP 15 standard shipping for orders under GBP 100
• GBP 18 standard shipping for all bulky items up to 4kg. Charged per item
• GBP 36 standard shipping for all bulky items over 4kg. Charged per item

United Kingdom standard deliveries should take between 5 - 8 business days. 

Please note: UK taxes are paid for orders under 135 GBP, and taxes and duties are paid for orders over 135 GBP. UK customers will need to pay the above at customs when their parcel arrives.

Other International Deliveries 

International deliveries vary by country however the expected timeframe is between 13 - 20 business days for standard deliveries.

Processing of orders

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times commence once an order's status is noted as shipped with Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number.

Delivery Issues

In the event of a delivery issue we rely on the tracking information from Australia Post. Where the parcel tracking indicates it has not yet been delivered, and is over the expected timeframes, we will investigate the matter through an enquiry lodged with Australia Post. These enquiries can take up to 10 business days once lodged. Once an order's tracking status is noted as delivered any dispute over its delivery must be taken up with Australia Post. 

Stockist Deliveries 

• The order minimum is NZD 500 / AUD 450 excluding GST

Shipping will be arranged by Dolls and Accessories with a carrier of our choice. The cost of shipping will be added onto the cost of goods at checkout. An additional charge will be added after checkout if the order includes bulky items. GST is then levied at 10% on all Australian orders. Order fulfillment of in stock products should take between 2 - 4 business days.
